Welcome to AIWorkLab.click, an online education platform for practical AI skills. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

AIWorkLab offers live sessions, workshops, mentor support, and group projects that develop hands-on AI expertise.

1.1 Enrollment

Enrollment is complete after full payment or approved installment plan. Access begins on the start date of the selected program.

1.2 Cancellations and Transfers

To cancel or transfer your service, submit a request via contact form at least 7 days before the program start. Approved transfers incur no extra fee and may be applied to a different session within six months.

1.3 Refund Policy for Services

If you cancel at least 14 days before the start date, you are eligible for a refund of the paid amount. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before start receive a credit voucher of equal value valid for six months. No refund is available for cancellations within 7 days of the start date.

2. Digital Products

We offer downloadable resources, recorded lectures, and digital toolkits.

2.1 Delivery

Access details are sent to your registered email upon purchase.

2.2 Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not offered once access is granted or downloads begin. You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase prior to accessing the content. If access issues occur, we will restore delivery or provide equivalent material.

3. Physical Goods

Our store provides branded merchandise and training materials.

3.1 Delivery and Inspection

Items ship within 5 business days. Inspect upon arrival.

3.2 Refund and Policy for Physical Goods

If an item is defective or incorrect, notify us via contact form within 7 days of delivery. Return the item in original packaging. Upon receipt, we will ship a replacement or refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the error is ours.

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, including consumables and limited edition prints, are final sale. No refund or is permitted to ensure product integrity.

4. Policy Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on AIWorkLab.click. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
